Dear Customer,

Like many of our retail friends across both the national grocers and the independent retail communities, we're all working around the clock to ensure there's food products in the supply chain and available for customers to purchase.

The previous weeks of stock pilling are past us now, and we're all slowly finding our feet in these uncharted waters that Covid-19 has brought upon us.

Demand continues to outstrip supply - as soon as we, and our distributor partners obtain stock into warehouses, it's back out the door again.

We work off a live stock database so 99% of the time, you'll see exactly what is available in our warehouse - on the very rare occasion we've had to amend orders due to stock selling out but by and a large we're working off a very high fulfilment rate. 

Our delivery partners continue to work night and day too to get our deliveries to you, safely and direct to your door. All are now offering "contact free" deliveries in which you no longer need to sign for them, although your friendly courier may request a photo of the box being delivered to your front door in lieu of a signature.

Many firms are reporting they have the same parcel volumes as they would over Christmas, except they are lacking the staff resource they would normally have due to staff isolating, being poorly etc.

We have had to extend our delivery time frames slightly due to this. On standard delivery, most parcels are being delivered within 2-4 days, some up to as many as 7 days. On express service, it's usually 1-3 days currently.

Mutti Tomatoes	Stock arriving weekly but selling fast, please sign up for stock notifications
Pasta	Very limited stock left, delivery every 1/2 weeks from suppliers but selling fast
Baking Products - in particular vanilla	Stock selling out but normally back in stock within a couple of days
Cooks & Co	Range selling quickly, most products back in stock after a few days
Mr Organic	Pulses, beans, oils and vinegar in high demand - weekly deliveries
