Raspberries are amongst the most traditional of crops farmed on the Wilkin Estates at Tiptree, Essex, where we have been growing fruit since the 1800s. Each raspberry is carefully hand-picked, then rested in locally distilled Hayman's gin. The result is this delicious gin liqueur, bursting with the fresh fruitiness of proper English raspberries.
