Made from fresh Thai lemongrass and chillies, this sauce is a wonderful blend of sweet and hot flavours with a hint of lemongrass.

This highly versatile sauce is perfect as a glaze for chicken wings or salmon fillets when grilling or barbecuing. Can also be added to marinades, salad dressings or stir fries to create that unique Thai taste or simply use as a dipping sauce with spring rolls, fishcakes, dim sum or crudites.
