i bought the dijon to go with the tarragon mustard from the same maker. both are excellent. service from the retailer was very quick - i'm in trade myself and transport ain't easy at present. very pleased - who could be without good mustard?
Excellent smooth taste, slightly 'sweet' and without the 'edge' that Dijon mustard usually has. It was a favourite of my late wife after M Henri Bourgeois ! from Sancerre, France, gave her a jar as a thank you when he stayed with us.
Have been trying to get this mustard since buying it originally in Dijon without success. So pleased to be able to get it again. The best dijon mustard you can buy
