A classic sun-dried tomato pesto blended with sweet oak smoked paprika to produce a piquant flavour.

Try combined with cream and reduce for a powerful rich sauce or mix with melted butter to dress boiled sweetcorn. Also delicious used as a dressing with roasted courgettes, topped with ricotta.
