At Sauce Shop we love a good burger, and over the years we’ve tried and tasted A LOT of recipes! These are our top tips for building a perfect burger…

Use a good quality brioche bun, lightly toasted under the grill.

Make your own patties – it’s easier than you think, just good quality beef, salt and pepper. Or easily swap out the beef for your favourite plant-based alternative to suit a vegetarian diet!

Prep all the salad before you start and create your “burger production line”, get everyone to join in!

Always melt your cheese onto the patties, under the grill or in the pan.

Sauce it up! We like: Burger sauce on the top for extra unctuousness, South Carolina under the cheese for a mustardy twang and Tomato Ketchup on the base for a bit of sweetness.
