i bought the dijon to go with the tarragon mustard from the same maker. both are excellent. service from the retailer was very quick - i'm in trade myself and transport ain't easy at present. very pleased - who could be without good mustard?
Excellent smooth taste, slightly 'sweet' and without the 'edge' that Dijon mustard usually has. It was a favourite of my late wife after M Henri Bourgeois ! from Sancerre, France, gave her a jar as a thank you when he stayed with us.
