    Pickled shiitake, enoki and oyster mushrooms with soy, ginger, garlic and a touch of chilli  - so much flavour in one mouthful.

    Keep it simple and use as a topping on rice bowls, noodles and salads. Or go that extra step and add a few pickled mushrooms where you would usually use fresh in recipes, or try the pickling liquor as a marinade, stir fry or dipping sauce. Also delicious on a cheeseboard to add a bit of zing!
