Welshhomestead Smokery have taken the classic Spanish chorizo and transformed it into a sweet sticky jam.

Once you’ve had this on pizza you wont look back! It's a tasty relish, so use like a chutney with cheese or in a sandwich, or jazz up pizzas, burgers and chicken dishes.

You can even mix with yoghurt or mayo and use it as a dip.
