Dulse seaweed (also known as dillisk or dilsk (Palmaria palmata)) sustainably harvested from the UK coast and then washed several times to remove all the sand, molluscs, and any crustaceans.
It is then slowly dried over 12 hours and then during the last hour toasted to maximise the flavour.
Dulse is then blended into smaller flakes and sealed to preserve the flavour and make it easy to use and store in your pantry or spice cupboard.
Try using it to season roast potatoes!
